Please note that although orders will be packed and sent within a few business days, we have no control over the delays in standard shipping once your order is dispatched. We encourage selecting Express Shipping at checkout if you should need to receive your order by a specific date. Our studio is closed on weekends and holidays.

US Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 USPS 3-7 business days for orders under $98

  • Express Shipping: $12.00 FedEx Express generally 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Express Shipping: Cost varies by location FedEx Overnight 1-2 business days. Only available M-TH before 2PM EST. Contact us for availability

Returns:

Standard Return Policy: We offer returns for items in new and unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of shipment, with the exception of Custom, 14K Gold, International shipments, and items marked Final Sale.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed. Thank you for your patience.

  • Items must be in original, new condition and returned in original packaging. Please return necklaces with chain clasps closed and placed carefully in a polybag so they do not tangle in transit.

  • The cost of a return shipping label is $7.50 for any number of items which will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a gift, please indicate that and we will issue you a credit for the website.

  • To request a return label please visit our returns page for instructions and a shipping label. Should you need any assistance e-mail returns@odetteny.com.

*ALL FINAL SALE, EAU DE PARFUM, FINE (14K), International orders and CUSTOM items are final sale and cannot be returned.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

We are happy to make return arrangements for items received as a gift (excluding Final Sale items). Once we receive the return we will send an e-gift card to your email that will not expire. We are unable to offer refunds for items received as gifts.

Please reach out to us at returns@odetteny.com to let us know you're returning a gift. If you do not have the packing slip with the order number, please include the name of the person who purchased the gift for you so we can locate the order and process the return.

International Shipping:

  • Priority Shipping: $40.00 flat-rate (4-7 business days depending on destination)

US Shipping: Unless otherwise noted, your order will be processed and sent within 5-7 business days. Please contact us for any expedited requests. Once your package ships you will receive a notification email with a link to track your package. Orders that total over $395 may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Most orders are sent via USPS, however we may opt to change your method of shipping to FedEx without notice depending on the value of your order.

Important Shipping Guidelines: Please make sure your delivery address is secure to receive packages and has been entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to incorrectly entered information or undeliverable addresses.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything possible to assist you. Please note, Odette New York is not responsible for loss or theft upon delivery of your package. If it is necessary for your package to be signed for, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to shipping. Odette New York cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is confirmed. Please understand that shipment and delivery notifications are only sent as a courtesy, they should not be considered up to the minute or relied upon.

International Shipping: We are now offering international shipping to select countries. International shipments are shipped via FedEx within 2-4 business days. International orders are final sale. We are currently shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.If you don’t see your country listed here, please contact us for a shipping quote.
